Monulens doesn't recognize a monument, what should I do?

Make sure you have good lighting, frame the monument on the screen and check your connection if you're using enriched content. You can also send us the photo via the app to improve the model.

Is the app available offline?

Yes, identification works offline for already downloaded monuments. Detailed and audio fact sheets update on the next internet access.

How to change the experience language?

Monulens follows your iPhone language. You can enable bilingual mode in the app settings to display both French and English simultaneously.

How to delete my data?

From the app, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete my data. You can also send a request to privacy@monulens.com for complete deletion.

Privacy Policy

Monulens records what streamlines your experience: your favorite monuments, chosen language, discovery history and photos you decide to save in the app. All this data is encrypted before being stored on our secure servers.

Data collected

• Recognition rate (anonymous)
• Selected language
• Encrypted device identifier for iCloud sync

User rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@monulens.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Communications with our servers are encrypted (TLS 1.3). Cached content is protected by iOS native encryption.
